In order to claim your bonus you must submit a ticket with a copy of your receipt. In the subject field please put “PTS Bonus Claim.” We can’t give you access to the bonuses without your receipt.
Once you provide us with this information. Our team will create an account for you inside our bonus delivery site called the “Bonus Factory.” There you will be able to access all the bonuses you’re eligible for.
