How do I delete a negative comment from my IMTW account?

I’m sorry that you received negative feedback. Unfortunately, you cannot delete a negative comment from your account. However, you may address the issue and make it right. If the comment has violated any of the rules then you may flag that comment and it will be reviewed and determined if it needs to be deleted or if further actions need to be taken. However, if no rules have been violated, I suggest you rectify the issue and ask that the person either delete their own comment or post a new comment stating how you corrected the issue.
